Delivery

For Hong Kong local, orders will be delivered by SF Express.

For international customer,order will be delivered by one of our logistic partners DHL, FEDEX or UPS.

How much is delivery ?

The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment. The shipping cost depends on the country.

RETURN & Exchange

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days upon delivery, except fine jewellery collection.

Returned item(s) must be in unused condition with the original packaging intact and the invoice. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss and damage on all return shipments, always add tracking. ;)

All sales of specially discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Fine Jewellery

RETURN CONDITION

Fine jewllery items are available to return for store credits or gift cards within 7 days upon delivery.

We cannot, however, process exchanges or returns on items that have been customised, engraved, worn, used, altered or damaged.   

Returned item(s) must be in unused condition with the original tag, packaging intact and the invoice. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss and damage on all return shipments, always add tracking. ;)

SIZE EXCHANGE

We recommend that you choose the size as carefully as possible as each piece is custom made, we strongly recommend customer get a ring sizer tool before purchase.
