How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to Hong Kong is free.
For worldwide shipping, you can enjoy free shipping for orders over $2000 HKD. If your order is less than $2000 HKD, you can refer to the shipping fee calculator at checkout to determine the cost.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If the item is in stock, we'll get it on its way to you the next day! If it's a pre-order or custom-made item, it'll take a little longer, around 2-4 weeks to be ready for shipping.
You can always track your package to see exactly where it is in transit.

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from us! If for any reason you're not happy with your item, here are the important details about our return policy,
- Items can be returned within 7 days upon delivery, except custom items, re-sized after delivery and earrings for reasons of hygiene and safety.
- Please make sure the item is in unused condition and has the original packaging intact before returning it. We can't accept items that have been damaged or have had their tags or labels removed.
- Customer are responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss and damage on all return shipments.
- Sale and discount items are non-refundable.
- Once we receive your returned item, we'll refund your payment as soon as possible to your original payment method.
